The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, Irving

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and exceptional service from the staff. The dining options were impressive, especially at the LAW restaurant, where the food quality stood out. However, the rooms could use some upgrades. The location is convenient for accessing the city, but there were moments of confusion with the hotel's layout.

My experience was quite mixed. The staff at the hotel displayed exceptional warmth and attentiveness, truly making me feel valued during my stay. However, while the rooms were nice, they felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. The dining options were fantastic, but the pool being closed during my visit was a real disappointment. Overall, I enjoyed my time but believe there are areas for improvement.
